Fern is a beautiful 900 sq. ft. split-level room with 20 ft. high ceiling on ground level. The room gets ample daylight from large, 12 ft. high east facing warehouse door. Fern’s design is inspired by gorgeous Bohemian lofts. It features authentic white, exposed brick accent wall, gorgeous yellow venetian-plaster accent wall and a lot of tropical greenery. It also comes with rustic wicker and wood designer furniture and much more.

We require full payment up front for all shoots at the time of booking. We offer studio credit for cancelled bookings (no refunds) with fees to reschedule the booking depending on how much notice you give us. The rescheduling fees are as follows:
